The developer of Seos the company Berger Engineering and Michael Fabianek have entered into a technological and sales partnership. The distribution and consulting of SEOS in Germany, Austria and Switzerland will be taken over by Michael Fabianek.
Optimal control and regulation with SEOS eliminates vibrations and waiting times and increases acceleration. Through the sum of all measures, 40% more bearing throughput has been demonstrably achieved in existing plants.
Precise pre-calculated control and anti-vibration control eliminate vibrations and allow the stacker crane to travel with optimum load and time. This made it possible to increase the acceleration of conventional systems by up to 233%.
With conventional drive controls, the commissioning engineer often has to determine the control parameters through time-consuming trial and error. Thanks to integrated modeling and optimization, SEOS determines the optimal control parameters automatically. This saves time and costs.
With the help of SEOS, vibrations on the device can be completely eliminated. Even during more dynamic journeys with higher acceleration values, the ride is smooth and controlled. The safety factor against mechanical overstress has been increased by 1.5 times compared to conventional systems.
Since no vibrations are generated with SEOS, unlike conventional drive controls, it is possible to build current SRM designs higher without compromising the stability of the plant. This allows for higher market coverage with existing designs, saving costs.
Shorter travel times and a reduction in peak loads reduce energy consumption. In existing plants, energy consumption has been proven to be reduced by 25%. Energy consumption can be reduced even further by combining SEOS and optimal designs matched to it.
With SEOS, the stacker crane starts up and brakes intelligently. By avoiding vibrations, the alternating loads on existing systems have been reduced by 35%. This protects mechanical components, reduces wear and increases the service life of technical components.
The combination of precisely precalculated control and fast anti-oscillation control has almost completely eliminated device settling times in existing plants. Waiting times after reaching the target position are approx. 0.1 seconds.
With standard drive controls and positioning systems in the industry, the vibration coefficient is 1.5. With SEOS technology, this value can be reduced to 1.05. This reduces the vibration of the stacker crane and significantly increases its performance. This protects the storage and retrieval unit and enables a significant increase in performance.
